Requesting an estimate through our Site or by phone does not create a binding contract. All estimates are provided in writing after an in-person site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
A separate written service agreement governs the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and schedule for each project. No work will begin until a signed contract and any required deposit are received. The terms of that contract take precedence over any general information on this Site.
Payment terms are set forth in your individual project contract. Unless your contract states otherwise, a deposit is required prior to the start of work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work if payments are not made in accordance with your contract terms.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials provided by Hercules Artificial Grass Installation will be described in your written service contract. Manufacturer warranties on turf products are governed by the respective manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the information on this Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
